Security for housing developments, show homes and partly occupied schemes.

Service overview
Mobile and foot patrols provide a cost-effective alternative to static guarding where a permanent presence is not required. Patrol officers attend at agreed or randomised times, check perimeters, entrances and vulnerable areas, and report their findings.
The problem
Sites that are empty overnight or at weekends are exposed, but full-time guarding may not be proportionate to the risk or budget.
Why it works
Patrols at fixed or randomised times to reduce predictability.
Marked attendance deters opportunistic activity.
Perimeters, locks, lights and vulnerable areas are checked and reported.
Secure opening and closing of premises where required.
