Detection becomes a response.

Service overview
What this service provides
Remote monitoring connects your CCTV to operators who respond when a detection occurs. Rather than recording an incident for review the next day, activity is assessed as it happens, intruders are challenged with live audio and the agreed escalation process is followed.
Monitoring options are available for our solar towers, compound systems and suitable existing camera systems.
The problem
What this addresses
Unmonitored CCTV deters some activity but cannot intervene. Without a response process, footage only helps after the loss has happened.
Why it works
Key benefits
Immediate assessment
Activations are reviewed by operators rather than ignored until morning.
Live intervention
Audio warnings and sirens provide a direct, visible response.
Agreed escalation
Keyholders, site contacts or emergency services are contacted according to the plan.
Reporting
Incident reports provide useful records for site management and insurers.

Questions answered
Frequently asked questions
Can you monitor cameras I already have?
Often, yes. Compatibility depends on the existing system; we assess this before connection.
Is monitoring available around the clock?
24/7 options are available. Monitoring hours are agreed as part of the service plan.
Will the police be called?
Escalation follows the procedure agreed with you. Where appropriate and where evidence supports it, emergency services can be contacted as part of that process.
